Booking/Policy/No-show/Cancellation A Debit/Credit card will be required to book an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provided. Your Appointment won’t be approved until a booking fee has been sent (Booking fee goes towards appointment). All booking fees and hair services are Non-Refundable. Any cancellations that are made with in the week (Sunday -Monday ) and Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less prior to your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee depending on your service. Cancellation fees will be charged on the card that you provide. It is essential to understand that all booking fees are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment please due so within 48 hours to avoid a cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule during the week of the scheduled time, a new booking fee will be required.
